Upper Valley Blizzard

The Upper Valley Blizzard is a club field hockey program for young athletes between the ages of 6 and 19. The goal of Blizzard is to grow and develop the sport of Field Hockey in and around the Upper Valley. The main focus of Blizzard is to improve basic skills and techniques to build solid field hockey players. As we continue to develop Blizzard,  the focus will be on skill acquisition this spring.  As we grow the program, athletes involved in the program will have additional playing opportunities at local and national organized tournaments against other top club programs. Our first practice session is scheduled to start SUNDAY, April 22nd! Player registration deadline is Tuesday, April 17th.  All practices will be Sunday afternoons/evenings because it seemed to work for more players to participate.

Please contact blizzardfh@gmail.com for a 2012 registration form. If you have any additional questions, please be sure to contact Kristine Stigas, Program Director and Assistant Coach at Dartmouth College, at 781-363-0876. We also have a new team website – www.stadiumroar.com/uppervalleyblizzard. The website has information on our practice and tournament schedule.
